really way out west

Took a day trip to Mono Lake, an alien landscape seemingly perfectly cast for an otherworldly rubberman.  Wore my black w/ red trim skin pants outfit.  There weren't too many folks at the tufa towers on the shore.  A small group of japanese tourists smiled and we exchanged hellos and good mornings.  Also met a couple of photographers at different points.  They were all convinced I was a skin diver in a wetsuit and wanted to know what I saw down below.  lol!  I went on trying some experimental photography with the auto-timer, with mixed results.   Here are some of the best.
